I didn't make that comparison. Most of what I've seen from Coley is setup shots, while these appeared to be very much in the HCB style of picking an interesting spot and then waiting for someone to walk into the scene. Perhaps in overall feel...

it's the umbrella theme, albeit without the setup ;-) very similar feel (overcast, dreary), except for the distinct european backdrop.
