LA? Rain? Very unlikely. Completely unlikely, actually. I do have a hose... |

This was done with a hose. |

Great idea. Deb, I'll make rain for you if you make rain for me. Good? |

Ha! It's even going to be sunny in Seattle :) Kind of pointless hoping for the real thing under expert rules anyway... |

But I live in beautiful and sunny Western Colorado, and it is definitely not the rainy season, we don't have one.
Looks like it may be fake rain for me. |

I have a great idea. I just have no idea how to do the editing. |

Rain is not all that easy to fake and make it convincing. A sprinkler/hose would be less effort, IMO.
And fwiw, maybe Langdon enjoys all the whining about Expert - let's just see what happens if it stops. Who's with me? :) |

There is actually rain in the forecast for Northern Colorado for the next few days. The only problem is we so seldom get "normal" rain, I don't know how to photograph it. Lack of rain experience, I guess. I'm grateful for this challenge. Bring on the rain!!!! |

Ditto... I have a quasi staged shot I'm curious to try, but don't actually think rain will be falling during capture so it's hard... |

The first shot I thought of when I saw this challenge was this one
Read the Photographer's comments. It was made with a hose and it is exceptional. |
