Hi all, this isn't really related to the site, but I'm hoping that someone around here has come across this.
We created a website for a client using Photoshop and supplied source files for them to use to update headings and stuff like that. They have opened the files in Paint Shop Pro and the text comes out blurry and strangely sized - even though the settings appear correct and they definitely have the font installed on their machine.
I have a feeling that it's something to do with the settings between Photoshop & Paint Shop Pro. I'm hoping it can be resolved without having to recreate the files from scratch.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

What format did you save the files as? I have both PS & PSP send me one of the files so i can see the difference. |

I'm not exactly sure what is causing it but I do know a lot of people who are using PSP 8 have that problem...PSP 8 seems to need special file extentions for a lot of things. If your client is using PSP 8, see if there is a copy of PSP 6 or 7 available.
I use both PSP 7 and Photoshop 7 and I have never once had any problems with them and going back and forth with the same image.

That makes sense - we've always used 7. They downloaded the trial of 8, which is what is having the problems. I might see if they can try it in 7.
Drz01 - They would've been in psd format. I don't have the files with me right now unfortunately.
Thanks for the suggestions - I think this has solved our problem!
