You are certainly getting about, anni. Nice shot, clean cut and well focussed. Couple of points I noticed, would be improved if sky was darker and didn't have the flare at the bottom of the clock...would have made the clock much more defined at the bottom. Keep at it!

I like the sky and the "airy" feeling behind the clock - but I think that the clock face is a bit dim by comparison. The reflections on the clock are distracting - I wonder if a polarizer would have gotten rid of them?

The half and half framing makes this a bit more static than it needs to be. Shifting the frame a bit to the left might help that. A polarizing lens ( or a pair of poalized sunglasses held over the lens) would darken up the sky, get rid of some of the flare in the bottom left and get rid of the reflections on the clock face.
The image on the whole is rather static. I notice that I amusing that word alot because I have noticed my stuff is a bit static too. Someone suggested I ask myself "what story does this image tell?" Once you have a narative line in the shot the composition sets itself. Not that I can do this, but I want to try to.
