I just found a stock that I really like. (for a long term investment).
The stock symbol is ARR (ARMOUR Residential REIT)
They pay out a monthly div of $.10 and the stock is priced at $6.77 as of today. I would not buy this as a short term but I have made some money in the REIT market.

Anyway post your favorite stock pick.
