Sofia, I expect you are not going to want to hear this, but I am trying to help you as are others (even some who seem like they are being harsh with you).

It seems to me you are putting a lot of pressure on yourself by trying to make photography your only source of income when you have little experience in the field. There ARE other jobs out there if you put some some hard effort into finding one and are not too picky.
It seems to me if you got yourself a job in a coffeehouse/restaurant downtown you would have some income and then could offer to do photography jobs at very low cost to get the experience/portfolio you need. You could meet people on the bus/lightrail while commuting to work and maybe find some clients in some of them- or just shoot them for free to fill your portfolio. If you worked in a coffeehouse you could likely display your work on the walls there- don't you think that could bring in some business???

As far as your website goes, do you really think you need to be advertising wedding work right now? That is a lot of serious responsibility to take on. Do you have the backup equipment to be able to ensure you won't let people down on their very special day?
I think you know getting jobs as an assistant to an established wedding photographer could really benefit you right now. But I wonder who is going to hire you when your website shows you are doing your best to compete with them for business?

Seriously, consider making getting some other job a priority and make the pro photography stuff a sideline for now. Make some money doing something else, get more equipment, gain experience gradually, and then go for it later when you are in a better position to be a success :)

I still think this thread should be renamed to "3 days left" to make sure we are clear what's going on... I mean, 5 days was 2 days ago, unless if we found a way to stop the time, then I would like to get that machine right now since I am outside driving and forgot the macaroni boiling on the oven... so, is there a time machine?

if not, I am in trouble :o\

they actually aren't posed. :/ the bride and groom were just stand like that.

thanks daisydavid for the link. I'll check it out more soon.

I do appologize, if i offended any one. I wasn't having that great of day and it didn't help to read as much negativity as i did.

as for the weddings. I feel i have enough equipment to handle a wedding. I have a possible one this summer. I have a possible program to do this july as well. I have a musician, and another (different) couple for engagement.

I'll be continuing my membership, but i just dont know how much I'll actually be on here.
