| I have 7 comments at the moment (thanks, although I ...eh, never mind) and too shy to publish my score, but perhaps I will fulfill one of my goals of 2012 with this one. It's always nice to have hope :) |

mine's doing ok but dreading the final day crash.
dropping .2 in the last 12 hours of the PS Terms challenge was ridiculous so I'm hoping this one doesn't do that as well. |

This one has been very odd... what started out so poorly has continued to amaze me the reversal...
Started with a couple of 6s and then dropped to a 4.9412 after 17 votes. Low point was 33 votes 4.8182.
Now after 123 votes at a 5.6098.
Last 90 votes averaged 5.9000. First 33 votes were killer.

Me too.....dropped from 6.4 to 5.9 in the last 18 votes. This has happened to me in all of my last 4 challenges. The last 20 or so votes make my entry nosedive near the end. Possibly some high votes were revised also at the same time.
oh and not even 1 comment even now that there are only 4 hours left for the challenge to finish. I myself gave out 32 comments and received none in return :(
Maybe i will also stop commenting from now on.
ha and as i wrote this my score dropped even more...now down to 5.8

regarding the comment i made earlier in this thread about changing my image, here is what i have to say on the topic, and I hope that what i say will cause at least one of you to think of it the next time you're in a rush and driving a little too frantically.
I ranked 114/115 with this image and I think it goes to show that a lot of people here just want "something pretty" and not "something with substance".
This image was taken as a quick snapshot of my son smiling while testing my new flash. I entered this into the challenge on the last day instead of my other entry due to the fact that the night before some jerk ran into the car as my wife was driving with my son, then took off without exchanging information when he heard the baby crying in the car.
I put this up not to get votes, but to remind people of what can be inside of the car in front of you that you're tailgating, or that car you're about to try cutting off to save yourself 5 seconds of time on your drive.
I'm just happy that my son and wife were not injured as damage to a car can be replaced, but they cannot be.
I'd like to thank those who gave me high marks and recognize where this photo was coming from.
