Had this as my entry for a while but decided to enter a colour image for a change instead.

I went the other way, entered a B&W instead of colour..

I used Alien Skin Exposure to do a whole multitude of black & white conversions on my entry. These were my favorites:



In the end, upon the advice of friends & family, I went with the color version:

You made the right choice. There seems to be somethin amiss with the contrast of the one you didn't enter.

I went back and forth between these for a long time...

I'm happy with the one I chose, but now I'm wondering if the outtake would have done better.

Probably a good call. The B&Ws just don't carry the same amount of impact.
