Dropping all the time with every vote. Now at 5.6 at 35 votes. Was at 6.1 after 18 votes.
Personally I love my entry and I feel that it should be in the 6.5 to 6.7 range. |

Mine is also a 5.6 @ 35 votes. Just dropped .13 in one vote.

I thought we were supposed to score these as if they followed the rules? Just because everything might be in focus, doesn't mean the photographer's eyes weren't closed. Cameras do auto-focus. :-/ |

You do realize that if you score low those entries where you "think" people didn't have their eyes closed, you are judging with a "guilty until proven innocent" policy?
I expect you didn't put a lot of thought into this, and that's cool :) But it seems a more ethical way to deal with your doubts would be to just not vote on some rather than thrash many honest people. It's really not that hard to get a nice image with autofocus, 100 frames, and advanced editing you know?

That's what I did and there were only 2 that I felt "cheated"... but I didn't vote at all and told them so. |

Auto focus is what I did...
Another interesting challenge would be to close you eyes and use MANUAL focus only. Wonder what we'd see in that challenge.

I'm thinking "Who cares?" It's a whimsical challenge with an imaginary prize. The spirit was to go out and have some fun. I'd hate to see some of you people compete over something of any real relevance.
