Very nice!

Yesterday I was looking at one of those tables with a firepit, definitely need one of those in the PNW!

love the composition and colors. the blues in the water contrast nicely with the oranges and reds of the wood.

well done. 8

The shot is a manual blend of three exposures. I also shot as dusk fell to get that perfect moment where the light of the sky balances the rest of the pictures.

I don't know how I missed this thread, but its always more annoying to chirp in with questions when the project is finished that being helpful in the planning stages. The only issue I can see for your seismically quiet area is lateral thrust from the roof load. I can't tell how you beefed up the torsion box of purlins to resist tension from pulling the corners apart. Is there a corner tie connector that is cleverly hidden from view? If you skipped that you can always use some decorative iron element to bring the tension around the corner, but if it is lagged in without a mechanical fastener it risks withdrawal over time and a tension failure.

Other than that it looks great, I do love the lightness of lateral shear structure you guy who live on ground that is stable can get away with.
