Nikon AF-S Zoom-Nikkor 28-70mm f/2.8D IF-ED

Just entered my first challenge! Both excited and intimidated. There are SO MANY great photographers here, I'm curious to see where it will place.
But mostly, I am looking for feedback, areas of improvement, so on.

Already have the DPC widget on my phone... lol. Guess my touchscreen will be getting a workout. LMAO.

Just had to share, super excited.

I'm endlessly amused my your euphoria, and pray that it doesn't get crushed by any low votes. It's a rollercoaster ride for sure, and I do love it. Some times more than others :-)

Best of luck. Really looking forward to seeing your stuff. Photographically speaking, of course...

@ firstkiss: I am going to have fun. I plan to stay here a very long time!

@ tanguera: Thanks. I'm not worried about it getting crushed (wow... sounds kinda conceited? REALLY not meant that way). I just mean that the score isn't everything in this challenge for me. I am mostly looking for the critique. I am in awe of so many peoples pictures here... I'd love to see what some of you have to say. Good, bad, or indifferent. :)

@ Giles: LOL. I am sure I will develop that relationship. So far, so good though. But then again, this is only the first challenge.

I'm pretty new here myself. As long as you keep an open mind, with your goal to just get better, you'll be fine.

I am so happy that there has been an influx of new people here recently. For a while it was the same people over and over again. I think it is about time that the family is growing....Oh I am also glad that you entered your 1st challenge.

Very pleased for you and hope it gets on ok.
