Does anyone know how to make an 8 year look like they are 14. I know the police can do it and artists, but I was wondering if anyone else can do it?

Hmmm that looks interesting Kelli.

Basically, my neighbor daughter was kidnapped by the mother in 2008, he only had photos of her at age 8 then. It appears to be nothing but a cold case now, but I thought if someone could possibly do an age progression on her, then maybe it would help in Tiny Eye, Google Images etc.

I dunno, clutching at straws I think, but it seemed like a good idea

That's horrible. I'm sorry. Had I known about this prior to my comment, I wouldn't have been so sarcastic.

I hope you find something that can help!

There are free ones out there. You plug in the picture, it does the work. Couldn't hurt. There's also this app... //itunes.apple.com/us/app/age-my-face-free-aging-tool/id379459295?mt=8

Why don't you contact the nearest FBI office and see if they can help you -- kidnapping falls within their jurisdiction. Remember, they work for you ...
