it means you can have two photos like before and after side by side etc
those 2 photos can be composites of multiply photos but in the same frame, thats my take on it

i read it, but am I missing something? whats your point? that expert is ok, or he shouldn't vote on it as its legal he should vote on it as it'll dq?

Nothing :) I asked this same question to the SC, and they answered that expert editing permits what the extra rule says (and more), so you can just discard it. |
