I was thinking of actually paying but what does the DPC referal thing mean? I want to know if it's worth paying for can n e one help? :)

As a paying member you can sell prints through our sister site, DPC Prints. You can not only collect a 50% commission on the profits of sales of your images, but if someone comes to the site through your link, you get a 25% commission, even if they buy someone else's photo (that's the Referral program part). If they come through your link and buy YOUR photo, you get both commissions (75% of the profit).
The major reason for becoming a paying member is to be able to enter the additional challenges, and to post additional images in your Portfolio for comments. You can also use DPC Prints as your own print site, even if you don't choose to sell them to the public -- then you pay only the base price. |
