been shooting today and the preview on 5d was really slow, really slow 4-5 seconds for raw and was puzzling me so googled it when i got home and i'd been messing with my 5d last night going through the custom functions and tuned on options 20 include original decision data by mistake, turns out this creates a hash key of the image so you can seeif its been tampered with say for evidence but it kills preview time, turned it off all is well again.

Yup, and it requires an extra, crazy expensive data verification kit to work with. At least $600 to $700 dollars more to spend.
