I just wanted to wish Happy New year to every one here at DPC. I also wanted to share a year end review I put together of some of my work this year.

Warning: It's 5 minutes long and may take a while on dial up or slower dsl connections.

Great overview. I like the speed!

Very nice overall, Matt. I do have a few observations:

1. It felt much stronger in the first 1/3 or 1/2 than it did nearer the end. You might want to move some of the killer images nearer the end to finish with a bang.

2. There's a particular young man you did senior portraits (?) of who shows up a LOT, so much that I began to notice it. Maybe prune him back a bit? (He's in Camo in one of the shots)

3. The type overlays (the copyright watermarks) are all over the place and frequently distracting to me. When a picture's zooming in or out and the type's becoming a major component in that zoom, it's a particular problem.

The pictures, though, especially the best of the sports shots, are just great. Good work :-)

Thanks Bear, I let the software randomly select where the images go, I had it by date, then by an order I picked, then finally said to heck with it and let the software do it! I randomly selected images from the photos I had posted to my photography page on Facebook over the year. So that may be why some show up more then other.

Thanks though I'll def. take a look back next time and remember what you posted to make it better.
