No sir, it is not.
You are of course, headed in exactly the right direction though.

In a mining museum in Prescott, Arizona... And no, I didn't have to google for this one...

I knew that there was no way you'd Googled this... It's just something you'd have to have seen... I actually was a little fearful that you'd hit this one fast. |

OK, here are a bunch of images. I have to say, I never knew that gold formed dendrites like that!

I used to plate gold, we were able to get all sorts of weird shapes depending on the conditions we used. |

I don't have anything right now. Tried to do a butter dish but it looks like crap. I'll get something tomorrow, or someone else can run with it.

It's a specimen from the museum where I used to work in college.
As you can see from the image search, it is quite a spectacular example. :)

I've posted this image on DPC before. But... *shrug*... It's an easy fun one while we wait on Robert.
NOTE: Robert's turn still stands please. :) ((I wanna see what he comes up with - I'm totally hoping that he'll shoot crap and try to make it look like a butter dish...))
And as far as I'm concerned, I'd like to have something to guess at too, so if you've got a fun one now is a good time to post it. :)

Cory's looks like a sensor to me, from a digital camera.
Here's my Whatzit for you:
I'm off to the dentist shortly, I'll be back by 10 AM most likely.

Bear - is that a scale?
Or perhaps a kitchen gadget (electronic?) |

Judging by the wear marks on the raised portions I'm going to say this is the bottom of something. Could be a laptop. |

Karen's closer than any of the rest of you, but it's not part of a camera, just related to a component...
