I was shooting this Friday outside in the heat and humidity when I got the dreaded lens error. Should be repaired free of charge, but still a PITA.

It does involve adhesive. It has a specific purpose that is not to hold something together. The item I'm looking for information on is the "psychedelic" area. |

It is reflective but not really tape (although the difference is mainly in what it's used for). The item has a very specific use. |

Nope, not a heat shield.
Hint: the "device" bridges the gap between two parts, but is not intended to seal the gap. |

oh..haha. that's what i was referring to on the cd cases. if that was broken you couldn't return them.
dont really have anything to post up and getting to bed soon so if someone has something, by all means... |
