"LOL.

Just so you have a idea, we are over a 100 million dollar company. I don't know who built this site for us but they must have used your photo without permission. If we new that, it would have been changed a long time ago. Yes 3M knows we use there logo. We are the Alberta supplier for 3M film. We are getting the FTP log in info and your picture will be removed."

"Great, thanks Josh. It sounds like you won't have any trouble paying the invoice after the photo is removed, which is also good news.

Cheers,
Slippy"

I figured you'd have him call you "Batman"

I don't know why I bother substituting my name with slippy when I put things into these forums. A habit I guess. maybe it also adds to the comedy of my situations.

Or is Junior one of those "we took you photo down, isn't that enough?" types...

No doubt. Then I'll have two small claims cases in the kitty. I'll have to re-read where physical court is held, maybe in this case, Edmonton. That would complicate issues for me.

Actually, so do I, and he used to work as a court recorder. I didn't think of that, thx.

You've just admitted that I gave you the idea. So I'll accept... 2% of what you get.

Will you also be absorbing 2% of the aggravation of having to deal with it? ;-D

Well now I want to see what image caused all the fuss and Slippy did such a great job with his "off the top rope take down" that all the bits for the file are zeroes.

Hmmm, it's off the site and i just got this email:

"Listen. I run 3 differrent companies and Im busy as hell. The guy that I have here that can take it off are site is at the doctors. When he gets back I will have him take it off. I will be out of the office for the rest of the day so I will leave a note for him. It should be off by the end of the day tomorrow. If you have a problem with that you can call me 909 xxxx."

Rather pissy.

My reply:

"Hi Josh,

I think you misunderstood. You have to pay that invoice for past use of the photo. You can have your accountant send me the cheque if you're too busy.

Cheers,

John"
