Some very nice images there Todd,
I particularly like the students in blue,
Site is ok but a little slow, maybe a little gimicky, certainly very efficiently done. I would like to see titles for the galleries and pictures individually, the right click barring won't stop the determined thief :)
Overall very well done.
Paul.

typo edit.

- "Information" and "Contact" areas are too similar and should be combined.
- The flash animation on the home page is nice, but perhaps a little too big considering that it doesn't provide any navigational/informative features. I realize though, that this might be a template provided by your design firm.
- The navigation text is quite primitive and the color choice leaves a little to be desired (again, likely a symptom of a template). Perhaps a light grey tone for all text on the site would be nice.
- I like the postion of the navigation links on the right and in the vertical orientation...looks nice.
- For your gallery thumbnails, try actually cropping an image rather than making the thumbnail a smaller version of the entire image. It's more impactful and gets the point across with careful cropping decisions.
- Of course, don't bother to "go live" with the site until your "under construction" areas are finished. Gives off a very unprofessional feel to have areas of a website unfinished...I'd rather not know there was anything coming. But I assume you plan on getting that done before distributing the URL.
- Remember, you are selling yourself and your services...so offer something tantalizing on the home page...like a quick quote feature or advertise a 10% discount referral program. You have to get me interested in *something*.

Some issues you might want to address with the HTML validator at w3schools.com
...and some minor issues with your
CSS file
