Wow, very nice. I feel the boat on the right detracts a bit from the photo. Maybe try cropping/cloning it out? :-\

perhaps you should crop it like this.... (i was curious to see what it looked like)



EDIT: i think i compressed it way too much.... its just for an idea, but i really like it and i think you should crop it like that and make it 640 on the long side.

IMO that crop totally cuts off the flow of the cloud & water ripple lines. I prefer the original much better.

I agree, the boat at the side detracts from the overall image. Try cropping it to an actual printing dimension, like 4x5 and see how that looks. At the moment the 1.00x1.00 aspect ratio is really doing anything for the image.

A wonderful image, well captured.

How much post-processing did you do on this image?

No post processing, I just saved it at a lower resolution for the internet. Unfortunatly my mac with photoshp cs on it crashed.

Gorgeous shot.

What settings on your camera did you use?

Did you add in any UV or other type of filter?

Very nice shot! It looks awfully similar to this sunrise I took on the 29th.
