You need one to trigger (you place this on your hot shoe) and one for each flash you are aiming to trigger via radio signal. You can decrease the number of PW's you need if your flashes have a good integrated slave, then you may get by by triggering one via radio and the other flashes using their slave.
You will need a cord to sync your PW with the flash. To know what you'll need for this, we'd have to know a bit more about your flashes and what connections they have. Do they have a mono jack? Or a PC Sync port? Both of these will work. Barring that, you'll need a hotshoe to miniphone. For the cords, I recommend and use Flash Zebra because of their very reasonable rates. They do offer international, though you may have a better supplier for this sort of thing over there. Some of those cords are really hard to find elsewhere though.
Also be aware that there are many other options than PW's. Though PW's are sorta the standard name, there are other very reliable and more reasonably priced products on the market, including RadioPoppers and CyberSyncs. Many use the Cactus and Yongnuo models with good luck, but the older set I picked up is mostly a waste of time and effort, so I personally stay away from them.

Okay. Pocket Wizards work on 3.5 jacks, so you should just need a 3.5 to 3.5 cord for each PW to mount to a flash. As I said, the trigger on camera transceiver will not need a cord to trigger a flash, it just mounts to your hotshoe. If you want to trigger your camera remotely using a Pocket Wizard, you will need to get a 3.5 to N3 remote terminal.
ETA: They do come with a PC sync cord to 3.5, so you can fire it via PC Sync on your camera as well, but the HotShoe works fine too.
