Given the recent symmetry challenge we might want to wait a bit, but as bilateral symmetrical beings we are so prone to see bilateral symmetry as the only possible symmetry I think a non-bilateral symmetry challenge might be fun. Axial symmetry, radial symmetry, vertical symmetry, fractal symmetry, anything but the expected bilateral symmetry where left and right are mirrors.
