Thanks Lydia, The Improvement points have been around since 2008. In 2009 I changed the way the improvement points were awarded. IMO making if fair for everyone.

Just signed up for my first FSM year! League play has been my main motivation to enter challenges for quite a while and I think the FSM will provide the same incentive- in a more time schedule friendly amount! Looking forward to it :)
