I'm all about literary themes and suggestions, this could be a simple one to yield many creative entries.
portmanteau :combination of two or more words to create a new word.
Someone used the term "Shart" in the babies/toddlers challenge. that would be an example. |

Not being familiar with the term "Shart", I Google it...still laughing here.
I did learn that portmanteau (which old farts like me called "Porte-manteau) had a new definition other than "Clothing Valet". I never cease to be amazed by the things I learn on this site.
Oh, and you are quite right about the "Creative entries".

excellent challenge topic!
and correct me if I'm wrong but "shart" is more about "creative exits" |

Portmanteau words were first called that by Lewis Carroll - Jabberwocky is full of them. |
