So, a friend sent me a message asking me if I owned a convex lens.....and I don't know what that is, and a google search didn't really enlighten me.
Anybody want to enlighten me on what that is?
So far all the google hits seems to be talking about the mechanism of capturing an image through lenses. Are all lenses convex lenses?
Lol, I am confused, and don't want to look stupid in answering my friend

A magnifying glass is a simple convex lens... Probably what he means.
