I suggest that everyone visit the store in NYC at least once in your lifetime. I was there earlier today (they are opened on Sunday's, closed on Saturday's. Jewish Owned Store) and was simply floored by the way the place is ran. Assembly line comes to mind...

I actually cant wait to go there. Trip to NY scheduled in a few months. Yes the met is on the list, yes the statue of liberty is on the list, and yes B and H is on the list.

Didn't you take any pictures?! I've heard rumors about the "real" store for a couple of years but have only been familiar (VERY FAMILIAR!) with their online store.

No unfortunetly I had 2 nagging women accompanying me, so no time for pictures :( There was also a protest for firemen against the mayor but couldnt take pics of that either! stupid women.

i guess i could take the subway there one day, should only take me like half an hour, if i take some pictures i'll post em here for everyone to see

If you do, make sure you tell the store manager what you're doing and where you're going to post them and maybe he'll throw a little something your way. Hell, it would be free advertising to a bunch of crazy shutterbugs, how could he refuse!
