I have not started voting, and am not participating in this challenge.. But I will not judge an image if I can't find that they're doing something "worthwhile" or whatever. Honestly, I thought that challenge description was just, awkward and think it would've sufficed to leave it at "3 amigos"... Eh, don't hate. Just my opinion.
As a sidenote; The title of this thread isn't translated properly, lol. Sometimes translators do funny things. But we get the jist of it and it's no big deal ;) |

Well, I did it at home where I don't have anyone around who speaks Spanish. If we could edit titles, I would go next door to the Latin American Support center and ask someone there to write it out for me.

I made the mistake of shooting something quickly and entering it even quicker and then realized it wasn't that great or at least not as ok as it could have been. If I take brown I'll deserve it. :)

I'm at about a 4.6 right now. I love my score. It shows that members care enough to take the time to vote low on my photo after studying it's shortfalls. I really am happy with all the votes. While I like the few 6s and 7s I received, I am equally happy about the 2, 3 and 4s.
No matter how good I think my photos are, I can always count on caring members to vote and help me get better !

If you receive the brown, you regroup, take the criticism, and nail a yellow ribbon to the wall 12 days later. Well...that's how I roll anyway.

It would be interesting to work out a way to crunch the numbers to see if the average of the hourly votes for all, or a cross section, of the images in a challenge move up and down at the same time of day during the challenge. Plotting the average score given each hour on a time line might show if there is a repeating hourly trend during voting. It would require a big group of participants to use the vote tracker and log the votes by time of day though.
Currently my entry is at 5.45, with 127 votes and one comment.
That's above my overall average, so I'm happy with it.
