I'm making an action. My action does stuff. In fact, it does almost everything I want it to do. The one major thing I can't make it do is a command-1 to show the image at actual size. I've poked around online, and I can't find anything. So I thought I'd ask here!

Start the recording of your action, then in the actions panel on the top left click the little box on the top right with the down arrow and scroll down to where it says

"Insert Menu Item"

You will then see a dialog box telling you a menu item has not been selected. LEAVE THIS DIALOG BOX OPEN..then...

On the main photoshop file menu select "View" then scroll down and select "Actual Pixels".

NOW go back to that dialog box and you will see that it entered that command into the dialog box. Hit ok, stop your recording when wanted and run.

It will now work. You won't be able to do it with the key strokes in record. Use the menu functions.
