Amazing video. Kinda makes me itchy...

That's quite a flock !

If you're into hummingbirds, here are a couple of Hi-Res, HD videos I made:

Male hummingbird ... be sure to watch in HD

Female hummingbirds ... be sure to watch in HD

And here's are some slow motion clips, 1/8 speed. The resolution is lower because my camera does that for slow-mo. There is one nice collision where the male hits a female into the feeder.

Slow motion hummingbird wars ... lower resolution due to camera. :-(

Wow. That's pretty amazing. They must have been HUNGRY because normally they absolutely hate each other. I always quote an article in National Geographic which said that 90% of the humminbird language is curse words.

I found that video a little bit heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time.

The video didn't make me itchy though...LOL.

Yep. A multitude of anything, the swarming ... Thus Hitchock's "birds"
