I took some photos of the same location before, during, and after the storm. It didn't really his us as hard as I thought it would, being right on the coast and all.

Irene did not hit Florida but it did make some REALLY big waves here! Here are some photos.


This one made the local news! :)

With big waves comes crazy people. This guy was jumping off into the water so that he can get to the big waves that are in the background (about 15-20 feet during incoming tide).

Nothing spectacular here in Canada but the wind was wild. Took these from my patio door, inside and dry.
