the picture would represent a quote from a song and the title would be the quote with the name of the artist.
i only found a aong title challenge...
Insert Picture of Dripping Faucet
Title: You want to track each trickle
back to its source
and then scream up the faucet
'til your face is hoarse ~ Ani Difranco

we did one like this a while back ago, but it was called Song Titles

Sounds like fun, but the title of the image would get rather long. Perhaps a limit on the number of words in the title. I don't think I would want to wade through a couple hundred entries, all with titles that are around 23 words long. Of course, the original title could be shortened to 'track each trickle back to its source' - Ani Difranco. The original title had a lot of extra that was not a part of the stated image.
I am probably biased since I like short titles with a tight fit to the image, rather than novels. I also don't think the artist is needed in the title, but credit should certainly be given in the details field.
But it does sound like a fun challenge.
