Horrible.

"However, when reached 10 days later, Anderson stated, 'I'm not going to get into the officer's subjective state of mind at this point. â€Â¦ That's attorney-client privilege.'"

So the law depends on what is going through officers' heads?

Part of the article was a "He said, she said."

It reminded me of this video of a law school professor advising anyone to never talk to cops.
