A picture is worth a thousand words. See Judi's example photo. Maybe it should be included in the challenge description.

Well done! I applaud this description. Concise and clear.
The only issue is that I think this would tend to allow for things like a tripod in a moving car. The camera TECHNICALLY is moving, but.. Then again, technically all of us are whizzing through space at some ungodly speed, it's all relative isn't it?
As such, I'm kind of a fan of the more verbose descriptions. *shrug*
