I didn't realize there was a place to officially say hello.

So, this is me, saying hi to all of you lovely people. I am new to photography (Just bought my first DSLR a month ago), but hope to learn bunches from you lovely folks. I look forward to growing as a photographer as I get to know the DPC community. =)

Welcome aboard. There's some beer in the fridge and cheesy-poofs in the pantry, but I'm afraid you'll have to sit on a box. Slippy sold all the chairs to fund his unfortunate "habit".

Haha, how do you mean? I just signed up for a full membership today. =) And I am from Michigan originally, but am somewhat of a gypsy in that I move and travel frequently. Currently I am residing in Virginia. Where are you from, mbrutus?

From Florida myself. Thing is with the odd time is that most people start their forum life mid day because they seem to get hooked quickly. Which is why I offered the coffee! :P

Ah, I see. I worked all day and only returned home a couple of hours ago.
