I bought a used Canon i9950 and was extremely happy with its prints. Until I tried a big A3+ (13x19") print. I was wondering if any of you have experienced the same type of problems, and what you did to solve them.

1) Two of the wheels that pulls the paper after it has passed under the printing head leaves marks in the print:


2) The print head doesn't seem to be aligned when printing A3+:


There are no stripes when printing A4, and the align heads print test shows no problems. Any suggestions as to what I can do?
