So just a heads up, if you are waiting for your Canvas on Demand.
They are now going through the new FEDEX SMARTPOST, basically, it is FedEx through your postal service. (which is even slower than snail mail via Iceland via Russia)
Beyond slow is not even how to describe it, so far I am on day 14 since it shipped out, it is now in Tucson (finally) but will not be delivered until August 1st.
So if you are wanting a print a little faster, tough , unless you pay extra

| Smartpost is the absolute worst ever service invented! I'm currently at 31 days waiting on a shipment from Microsoft. As of this morning a got a call from India telling me they've finally reshipped it, and will track down the first shipment later. They shipped it smartpost again. |

| Ohhhh, sounds fun. I just got notification that my print from Canvas on Demand shipped yesterday. Can't wait to get home so I can check out the tracking information... |

I had never even heard of it, until I called FedEx and asked why my package was still in NC 6 days after it shipped 5 miles away/.
Totally useless service |

| Maybe everyone should keep calling them and complaining about the poor delivery service with threats of never ordering from them again and hopefully that will make them change their shipping policy. There are a lot more canvas printing companies out there that would love our business. |

I HATE!!! smartpost, I had something shipped from California once using Smartpost it took 2 full weeks to get to me, through tracking I watched it spend 2 or 3 days in just about every major city in California before getting shipped to me. I'm only a days drive to LA normally with UPS, USPS, or Regular FedEx I get my shipment within 2 maybe 3 days.
I've heard horrible things about smartpost and so far haven't been impressed with the service I have had with them. |
