...i dont think it would have done any better :(
i am actually REALLY disappointed in how i did in this challenge... i know there were a lot of gorgeous images, but i thought i would have done better than this :(

Hehe, now my top two photos are titled exactly the same.. I was hoping that would happen. :)
Wish I could have found this guy again:  , not that I'm at all displeased with my entry (which I now think I may have overcooked a little....) ;)

 I really liked the way the anatomy of the wing twitch mechanisms showed in this, but went with the prettier entry.

Congrats to all winners. They are all the best macro shots and well deserve for ribbons.
I appreciated my score very much and thanks all for the comments. As expect I go in to add up the numbers, my shots taken just hours before closing. Really short of time to sort all of it.

Some of the 500 or so shots I took for this challenge:

Any one of which would probably have done better than my entry, but I had such a good time shooting bugs for a whole week ... no regrets. |
