Thanks to the unwavering efforts of Bergiekat I was able to retrieve my original RAW file from my Compact Flash Card. And completely FREE too.
For anyone else who might ever have this problem or needs to retrieve data from their memory card here is the link and easy to follow instructions.

I downloaded the Photo Rescue package and it's really FREE. I found a super instruction on how to use it here:

It works simple and easy recovering all my ORF files from my Compact Flash Memory Card.

Now I'm starting to think everyone below 5th place is upset that they didn't get bumped up a spot because of the would be DQ, lol! I was raised to do the right thing. :P For anyone!
