| I have an entry in a challenge and when I copy the entry number to send it to a member for some feedback, the wrong photo comes up. This has happened all day. I re-booted - un-submitted, re-submitted - same thing. Early today I sent in a help ticket - waited 3 - 4 hours sent another and finally another. I know how difficult it is to get an SC so I thought a member might have faced this problem before. It's not that I can't send the photo for feedback (which is a pain) but my concern is that a photo from 1992 showing hands stuck in a glass from an old absolute challenge will show up -- a lovely photo but not pertinent to the one I entered. Does anyone know what will happen. I do see my photo when I click on challenge submission but the wrong identifying number is on the top. Thanks for any help. Maggie |

| I don't think it's possible to send other members a link to a photo not yet in voting. If you want someone to see it I think you need to upload a copy to your workshop and send them a link to that. |

I am pretty sure it is possible actually .. I sent it to myself and I got the wrong photo. But thanks for the response. But even if it weren't possible, the right number should be on my photo. :(
I just uploaded it to my workshop and it gave it the right number .. I never upload to my workshop, always straight to the challenge but hey, it worked so many thanks to you Gina ... I had sent it yesterday to one member from the voting page and it worked fine just didn't today - but I am sure not going to argue with success ... doing my happy dance here - thanks again Gina!

How do you know it's the wrong identifying number?
Can you take a screenshot of your submission page and email it to me? art@artroflmao.com

| You do have to upload it to your workshop to show someone. The reason you are getting the wrong one, even when you send it to yourself is the blocking software they're using to keep people from seeing entries before the challenge. |

The problem with this issue is that (correct me if I am wrong) is the URL for submitted photos that have yet to be voted on are different than that of the URL for photos that have finished voting or are in the portfolio. This makes it to where no one can randomly type in numbers to see who has entered what on the challenges.
I may be wrong here but it seems to me that this would be the issue with your problem. |

Wow - thank you all for your replies - I don;t know the whys but Gina's suggestion of it being in my workshop worked (see edit below) but you guys all rock for taking time to answer my question .. I was getting kinda panicky!
