For a client project I am working on: I am looking for a web-based service that would connect a call between two parties anonymously - in other words, block the caller id on both ends. Google Voice has this button you can add that allows someone to click on it, enter their number and it will connect them to the Google Voice number, but it also passes the caller id to the receiving phone.

I need something similar, but that works like this:

I have a link that says "Call" and it is configured dynamically with a phone number pulled from a database. The web user clicks that link and it asks them for their number and then the app calls both parties without revealing either one's caller id.

Anyone know of any service or app like this?

My wife is a research GOD. She found twilio. Should be just what I need. Just posting in case anyone else digs this thread up later.
