nice layout, very clean! I like the rollovers, but agree w/soup...
EDIT: the one mouseOver that stays BW seems out of place. and the grill is subtle as well.
Not sure what your linking thought are, but I would expect each photo to match up w/ Beauty, Commercial, Nature... and maybe a selfportrait leads to "contact" page
