I am heading to a trip in Vancouver - Rockies - Calgary on next July. I want to use the maps app on my Iphone and also be able to check emails during the trip. I am thinking on buying a SIM card with some prepaid local data plan, because international data roaming would be too expensive.
What companies/plans do you suggest? Is it easy to buy the mini SIM card (used on the iphone4?)
Thanks in advance.

Unless you have an 'unlocked' Iphone I dont think a Sim from Canada will work, but I may be wrong.

Thanks for the tip, Sevlow!
My phone is unlocked. I dont think I will have problems using other carriers services.

Bell or Rogers?

I was in Vancouver and Whistler last winter and my coverage from Rogers worked great. Telus is also a good carrier an they may have a better package price than Rogers.

Thanks Enlightened! Will check Telus packages too!
