So, I haven't seen a challenge specifically meant to mimic what an old photo looks like yet. I think it would be good to narrow it a bit to a specific subject range like architecture or landscape.

I think it would require Advanced Editing to allow addition of the needed coloring, scratches, etc. (or maybe it would Advanced Editing with a special provision that adding "dust" and "scatches" is OK). I don't think we want to go all the way to Expert Editing.
