I do listen to a lot of metal. It depends on the mood though. Metallica, Megadeth, Mudvayne (lot of M's wow)
Killswitch Engage is a favorite of mine. Oh, and I love when Iron Maiden comes through, I have a Pandora station set just for 80's rock...

Or if that mood doesnt suit me, I listen to a station that is set to Reggae and that whole deal. 311, Sublime, blah you know the rest.

Btw, Im probably bi-polar too now that I look at this.

Daylight Dies was an excellent album.

There is another band I like, at least one of the songs i like. Its called, "Peace love and santa clause" by Evacuate Chicago
who were psychostik once upon a time.

I am a touch more metalcore than that but I do enjoy that as well. Just not as much... I LOVE August Burns Red.... That is my favorite band... :)

What I have been listening to all day today.

I edited a photo for a friend of mine to it and it came out pretty well.
