The photos show up just fine on my iPhone but then again I don't need to zoom in to view the individual pixels to tell whether I like the photo or not...
Besides, nobody is viewing these photos at full size/resolution because you can only submit up to 800x on the long side.

No one liked my idea of the different people each 6months deciding on challenges huh :)
Here is another interesting stat, looks like we are on an increase for the number of pictures that gain an 8.0+ vote..
You can see 2004 and 2007 were good years :)
p.s. To lazy to do that for 7+ votes

Socom, I'm not sure anyone gave you a definitive answer on how Challenge topics are decided.
All are selected by  Langdon, and he sometimes finds subjects from Challenge Suggestions in the Forums. Several that have been used recently came from that, btw.
Including the Minimal Landscape in competition now. So, actually, there is considerable input from the membership and registered users.
(Although, sad but true, he's never taken me up on my suggestion of Vivaldi's Four Seasons)
