Some of you may remember me asking about getting a saltwater tank set up on here before. Well I'm about 2 months in and have some updates. The video quality is not the best as it was shot on my iphone. After putting the video together I wanted to get something better so I have a Panasonic HD camera on the way.

I don't know if it's possible to embed on this forum so here's the link.

Let me know what you think and if you know about saltwater tanks leave me a comment and let me know if I'm doing something right or wrong. Thanks

Looking good. I would love a salt water tank but I don't think I have the time to do one properly at the moment.

Looking cool, so whats the premise behind a salt water tank? is it just something different or is it all self sustaining? Just curious, so far I think its looking cool :) love the plants in it.

Nice start! I remember when I started with one damsel myself....

...things have gotten a little out of control!

My krill bill is killing me!

Do keep us updated. I'd love to start a saltwater tank. I've done discus before, but never saltwater.

Everything you said is correct. It's different and exciting how everything you put in your relies on each other. As I'm learning im figuring out what I need to sustain a nano reef. For instance I started getting green hair algae (which you don't want) and found out that I needed to get some snails because they live to eat green hair algae.
