No human up to 9th place... starts at 10 :-\ well, some small figures at surf, but that's about it

I opted for this image
and was very happy with the outcome but am just wondering of how the outtake would have been received.
A different feeling, a different slant of the window that reflects the city, a different title:
The City Rises
