Does anyone know any other photography art groups similar to 4x6??

No, but I agree with PaulMdx that 4x6 looks interesting.
On a related note, I have come across an article, "Camera Clubs and Fine Art Photography," that you may find interesting.

I follow some of these group, 4x6 is a good group although I'm never really surprise by what I see.
Another one is iCE that has a photography section.
Twisted Realmz is also a art group that includes photography.
Like Twisted Realmz, Noir is an art group that includes photography.
There is more, but these are the one I know from communities I'm member of.
