I've been getting quite a few people asking for prints of my pictures to purchase. I don't have a print service, if i'm printing stuff it's usually for myself and I just go to Staples or Wal Mart to get them done. I don't do prints usually I just put all my clients pictures on a CD/DVD for them to take to a printing service of their choice. I'm wondering how to charge people for prints if I don't want to do the prints for them. I just sold one of my pics to a friend for $35.00, I sent him the Fully edited, full sized image over email for him to take somewhere to get printed. I started to think about this, and if he prints an 8x10 it's fine.. but if he blows it up HUGE i just ripped myself off.. Plus I don't know anything about printing.. how do I know if the picture is going to turn out looking ok.. I mean it does on my computer in photoshop, but how will I know if the color is going to be the same or that when he blows it up it's going to look sharp and not pixellated... I keep the files large, the size straight out of my Nikon D300...
